Vikings Junior Football and Cheer is a comprehensive youth program based in Kenmore, Washington, dedicated to providing opportunities for tackle football, flag football, and cheerleading to individuals aged 7 to 14 residing within the Inglemoor High School boundaries. When necessary, the program extends its services to neighboring youth who may not have a team available at their respective levels.

The organization operates under the auspices of the Greater Eastside Junior Football Association (GEJFA.org), a well-established parent league that includes other reputable programs such as Eastlake, Skyline, Liberty, Bellevue, Woodinville, Bothell, North Creek, Cedarcrest, Issaquah, among others. 

Within the league, a mandated substitution rule ensures equitable playtimes for all participants. Furthermore, beginner-level teams, such as Rookies and Cubs, benefit from having coaches positioned on the field to provide direct guidance, ensuring a supportive and educational introduction to the sport.

Vikings Junior Football and Cheer prides itself on being a highly organized and structured club, supported by a cadre of experienced and qualified coaches, dedicated board members, and a strong community of families who consistently return each year. The program is committed to maintaining the highest standards for its equipment, with annual investments in certified helmets and the upkeep of jerseys, game pants, and shoulder pads to ensure both safety and quality.

Additionally, the program maintains a collaborative relationship with the coaching staff and booster club of Inglemoor High School. This alignment facilitates a seamless transition for players into the high school football program, as they are already familiar with the offensive and defensive formations utilized at that level.
